Mary Daly, Principal
Mary has over 30 years of experience in the air quality field. Her expertise includes an in-depth knowledge of federal and state air quality regulations for multiple states across the United States. She has an excellent working relationship with state and federal regulatory agencies and has successfully addressed complex regulatory compliance issues while minimizing penalties and impacts to facility operations. In addition, she produced numerous permit submittals in an expedited manner and successfully negotiated air permit conditions that not only satisfied regulatory requirements but were also manageable and provided operational flexibility.
In addition to 31 years in the consulting industry, her background includes three years with the Air Compliance Branch of the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region II. There she was responsible for reviewing and enforcing various types of permits, enforcing federal and state air quality regulations; and auditing state agency’s enforcement teams. Ms. Daly is a Director for the Northern and Central New Jersey Chapter of the Air & Waste Management Association and a member of the River Edge Environmental Protection Commission. She holds a Master and Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Manhattan College.
